What pressure washing covers

High Quality Roofing pressure washes roofs and driveways in San Jose, and cleans solar panels and windows. Roofs are washed at a pressure the material can take, so moss and grime come off without stripping granules or cracking tiles. Driveways get the full clean, and panels and windows get a gentle wash. Estimates are free.

Who calls us for this

Homes with moss or dark streaks on the roof, stained concrete driveways and paths, solar panels covered in summer dust and pollen, and anyone getting a house ready to sell or to host.

Signs you need pressure washing.

  • Green or black streaks on the roof

Moss and algae hold water against the roof surface. Cleaning them off helps the roof dry out after rain.

  • Solar panels that look gray

Months without rain leave a film of dust and pollen on panels. A rinse after the dry season is the usual fix.

  • Oil and tire marks on the drive

Concrete is porous and holds stains. A proper pressure wash lifts most of them and brightens the whole surface.

What's included

  • Roof washing at a pressure matched to shingle, tile or other roofing

Pressure washing and the San Jose weather.

San Jose goes months without rain, so dust, pollen and smoke settle on roofs, panels and windows all summer. A wash at the end of the dry season brightens the house, and a roof washed before the rain sheds water more freely through the winter.

Pressure versus the wrong pressure

A driveway can take a strong jet. A shingle roof cannot: too much pressure blasts off the granules that protect the asphalt from the sun. We keep the high pressure for concrete and use a softer wash on roofs and panels.

Pressure washing: questions

Is pressure washing safe for my roof?

At the right pressure, yes. Too much pressure strips granules from shingles and can crack tiles, so we adjust the pressure to the roof material.

Do you clean solar panels?

Yes. Panels are rinsed and cleaned gently to remove dust and pollen without scratching the glass.

Can I book roof washing and gutter cleaning together?

Yes, and it makes sense to. The wash brings grit and moss down into the gutters, so we clear them afterwards on the same visit.
